It is the belief of the Orphanage Center Project that the Cambodia children's quality of life will be greatly enhanced, fostered, and maintained through the participation in the Orphanage Project made possible by matching donors and individual donations. The orphan children will be empowered to learn, to grow, and to function at their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being. At the Orphanage Center, the children will be provided with many opportunities in education, health care, and computer technology. The Orphanage Center Project team wants to create an environment conductive for interaction and socialization, personal satisfaction, spirit growth, and recognition. The Orphanage Center facility will include involvement of staff, family, friends, and volunteers.
